TrustTrack 1.94.0: EU Posting Declaration, new inputs, better reports
We’re keeping things moving and bringing you even more tools to make fleet management smoother. The TrustTrack 1.94.0 update is live and packed with features to simplify EU regulations compliance, improve reports, and upgrade your Routing & Tasking workflows.
New feature - EU Posting Declaration
- Post driver declarations directly from the Routing & Tasking module.
- No need to visit the external EU portal for cabotage or international trips.
- Simply toggle the required fields while planning your trip, and the posting is done automatically.
- A new Posting Declaration dashboard is also available for easy management.
- Setup requires registering at postingdeclaration.eu and entering your Operator ID and API key in TrustTrack.
Mini icon branding update
- Your branded mini icon now appears as the favicon in browser tabs.
Quick history preview update
- Now, when you load a route and new data comes in afterward, it will appear immediately in the quick history preview.
Smarter fuel station waypoints
- The system now detects where to place fuel stations within a route, not just at the end.
Fuel receipts in Reports
- Trips report. New parameters include:
- Refueled by receipts
- Amount of receipts
- Refueled (by fuel sensor)
- Drained (by fuel sensor)
- Fuel tank report:
- Refueled by receipts
- Amount of receipts
Country report by day
- Generate country reports that are now split by days and border crossing times.
Inputs - tire pressure units aligned
- Tire pressure for vehicles and trailers is now consistently shown in Bars.
Tacho download window update
- Easily manage downloads with driver group selection in the “New Download” window.
Routing & Tasking search enhancement
- You can now search by Company name, and results include both name and address.
Driver module copy feature
- Quickly copy a driver’s email with one click from extended driver info.
Waybill summary
- A summary section is now available in the Waybill Report for a quick overview of all trips.
Attach documents to waypoints
- Dispatchers can now attach documents to trip waypoints, which will be visible to drivers in the OnTrack Go mobile app.
New hardware - Asset5 tracker
- The new Asset5 GPS tracker is now supported on TrustTrack and LCM.
LCM update warning
- Added a warning prompt in LCM when multiple objects are selected for update to prevent accidental mass changes.
New inputs for Teltonika devices
- Teltonika BLE LLS fuel sensors (AVL IDs: 721, 722, 723, 724) → matched to Beacon 0 sensor
- Teltonika Escort BLE fuel sensors (AVL IDs: 270, 273, 276, 279)
